Aneesa Terms of Service

1) License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aneesa for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights belong to Aneesa.

2) Age and eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3) User content

• You retain rights to all content you upload or create in the app (messages, notes, files, images).
• You grant Aneesa a limited license to process this content only to operate the app’s features (timeline, insights, etc.).
• You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content. Illegal, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content is prohibited.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not use Aneesa for harassment, bullying, spam, or malware.
• Do not attempt to hack, decompile, or bypass technical restrictions of the app.
• Do not use the Service for medical, psychotherapeutic, or diagnostic purposes. Aneesa is a self-reflection tool, not a medical product.

5) Subscriptions and payments

Access to additional Aneesa features may be provided via subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Payments are charged according to the platform’s terms. Refunds and subscription management are handled through your App Store / Google Play account settings.

6) Suspension and deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account in the app settings at any time.

7) Disclaimer

Aneesa is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or absolute reliability of AI responses. The Service does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or legal advice.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aneesa and its creators are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from use of the Service.

9) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published in the app. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to the updated version.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aneesa is registered (by default: Delaware, USA). Disputes are resolved in the relevant courts.
